Version 7.11 ?

I'm trying to do a manual update to version 7.11, by downloading the software at:

I download the setup program just fine and when I run it, it states that it will install version 7.11 and proceeds with the installation. At the end of the install, it installs the voice alert service, registers all files and finishes successfully.



However, when I run the console, it shows version 7.10.3 and won't take either the 7.11 or the 7.10 license. Is there something wrong with the setup package?

As per release notes, you need to follow the instructions in the knowledge base for performing a manual upgrade:

Installing over an existing installation is not a manual upgrade.

My bad... I went thru the uninstall/reinstall again and it worked this time... I think some files were left behind the first time because the service was still running?



Either way, the install worked just fine.
