Failover service error

We puchased, downloaded and installed the failover module. However, whenever the failover service is started, it dies off within seconds. When looking at failover.log, it has the following entries:

The service is set to run under an administrator account, Servers Check version is 7.10.3, under Windows 2003 Server.

Never mind.... I removed the comments on failover.conf and the service now runs OK. Seems like the comments made the lines too long??
