maintenance window TimeTable doesn’t work

7.9.0 Trying to set a maintenance window for a rule and there is no way to add any time range.

Upgrade to 7.10 first.



You need to click on the items in the table to set the time lines.



Make sure you use one of the supported browsers:

IE7 or Firefox 2

updated to 7.10.1 and still have the same issue with Firefox 2.0.0.13 and IE7

Take screen captures and upload them to a URL.



Detail step by step what you do so that we can determine what the issue is

i go into the "Edit Monitor Monitor" screen by clicking an individual monitor. I click the "Maintenance Window (When no to check)" field. A pop up comes up (screen shot set to helpdesk) and as you can see from the screen shot i can radio button select "pause rule on all days from x to x" but cannot select individual days to specify maintanence windows.

Did you click on the individual cells? By clicking on it you either enabled or disable it.

there are no cells to click and i have clicked all over the popup. If I have over looked them please highlight them in the image i sent to you.

Did you send them to the helpdesk? I will ask them forward it to me as I have no direct access to it.



If you don't see the cells then I assume you did an upgrade using the update.exe and some component was not correctly upgraded.



Perform a manual upgrade instead as per knowledge base.

manual upgrade fixed the issue. Now I can select individual times on days.
