setting Interval after down

right now when something is not avalible or goes from warning to down. I start getting Alerts right away.
Please tell me if this is possible
when a rule is down it check 3 times 1 every 3 min (give or take). so if in 9 min its still down then i get a alert.

- Interval next to Retries should be set to 180 (3x60 seconds)
