I have the same troubel with both these rules (testing trial version by now):

Both of them are correctly created, pass the test connection but are not automaticaly checked. All other rules are increasing their Checks counters but these rules counters remain 0 and probably are not checked through the time.

I notice that I don't have yet reached the 20 rules limit for trial version.

Can you reply with the content of your ServersCheck.conf file? Typically counter is not increased when the limit has been reached.

We have been able to replicate the issue and are currently working on it to try and determine the issue and get a fix out.

An error was found in the number of rules that the trial version would support for some check types. Previously it used to be 10 and has been recently increased to 20.



1/ Download the following zip:

2/ Stop the Monitoring service

3/ Replace the monitoring_manager.exe and monitoring_rule.exe with the downloaded one

4/ Restart the Monitoring service

I really appreciate the high speed for "only" trial version. Looks as well as software itself.



I already suggested to buy a licence and hope you will continue with such great services.
