Nothing happen when status is Down

Hi, I'm' using server check V 7.6.1 and I create a rule that monitor temperature. If temperature is greater than 30 I sending a message to a spécific network computer and an Email . But nothing happen, the status of the rules is going to Warning and Down but no messages are sending. I check the name of the computer, the email, the messenger service, test ping and net send on server and computer everything is allrights.

Somebody has any idea about his ? thanks

    Run in debug mode as per knowledge base entry and simulate the DOWN state again:

    Copy as a reply output sent to the file as well to the console. Make sure that the ServersCheck services have sufficient rights to use the network. Typically the local system account does not have those rights.
