Bulk edit question

7.9. Trying to use bulk edit on rule type "windowshealth" and when i click on the down threshold for the first entry i get a popup thats titled "windowshealth close or Esc Key" but is completely blank in the white section. but if i click on any other "down treshold" or "warning treshold" column i do not get a pop up at all and appears that i can free edit the values. How is this supposed to work? Should i get a popup for every column value or should it be a free edit?

The issue has been replicated and forwarded to our development team for posting a fix.
