Exporting Rules

I am planing to reinstall my serverscheck server. is it possible the can i export all the rules,groups and users information and import it back into new server.



I don't just want the rules i think i can do that by just copying conf. file i also like to save all the groups etc. so when i start up my new server all the rules and groups are already there
