Ping check

Hi,



Ping check on a device.



Device goes offline down alert reports it as down Great.



Ping response graph retains last known value which is under the alert I set



Availability Graph shows it as OK



How can this be solved ?

    What graph (interval) are you referring to? Last 24h, last month.... ?

    It was down to timing I think and one graph showing 24 hours the other a day slight discrepancy. Sorted now
