Lotus notes check

I check several notes server. I've got the problem, that after one or two days all tests faild. In this case its impossible to open notes client on the server. it seems that notes client hangs.



After a restart it works fine again for one two days...



When i open notes client directly on the server, all checks work fine . But then i have to logged on the server.



How do i have to configure this rule correctly?

Unfortunately we rely on a Lotus Notes component and fully depend on the behavior of that component.



While it works fine for some, it might not in all cases.



Unless you can convince IBM to solve the issue, my best suggestion is to have a user logged in but the work station being locked rather than logged off.

Now in version 7.9.0 i have the problem, that notes check fails after a few checks. This with a open client... After a serverreboot it works fine again for a few checks...



What can i do, to solve this problem? I have this problem just since Version 7.8 and above

The notes check has not changed compared to release 7.7 to current. This issue is your nlsxbe.dll which is made by and supported IBM



Please contact IBM for technical support regarding a failing nlsxbe.dll Probably they are going to suggest trying to reinstall the notes client and/or unregister reregister the dll



The problem is that we use their dll but we have no control over it.
