Trial question

i have installed the trial to test your software in our environment however all the computers come up as "unknowns" and no details on them other then the IP address.



is this a limitation on the trial?



windows firewall is turned off via GPO on all workstations and servers within the test network.

    If the system name is not returned via SNMP, then indeed it returns UNKNOWN as name. You will need to update them manually.
