Upgrading to newer versions
I purchased the product a month ago (Ver 4.3.x) and now you are on 4.4.x and my license key will not work when I download the newer version.
Is there a defined process for upgrading?

I have you have a maintenance and support agreement then you can have a license key generated automatically from the HelpDesk.
License keys are only valid for maintenance versions. So when upgrading to a major or minor new version you need a new license key.
Our sales team is looking up your records and normally you should get a new license key within a couple of minutes.
