Question about process monitoring
Hi,
I have downloaded the trial version of ServersCheck and I am trying to set up a process rule on one of our servers.
I am monitoring 8 windows servers. Each server has multiple instances (up to 100) of an .exe running. However, each of these processes shares the same name (e.g. AVLS500.exe).
I didn't see an option to enter a PID or Process ID instead of a process name. Is there an option to specify a processID?
If I can't specify a processID, will I get an alert (after setting up the rule) if anyone of these processes fails?
Thanks for your help.
