Value could not be retrieved from sensor

Hello,



I'm french so i start to scuse me if my englsih is poor.



I have a problem with my sensor (Temp/Humi)

I've .NET 1.1

Windows XP

Serverscheck STARTER on a server



I configure my sensor same down picture:







On DS Manager, i seing my sensor :







On serverscheck STARTER, i've created a rule settings same:











So, my problem is, when i click on "Try parameters"



I have a error message that say:



"Value could not be retrieved from sensor"



Can you explain me how to plug my sensor and resolve my problem ?
