Remote Web Connection

Has anyone else experienced the inability to connect to the serverscheck web from a remote computer since the upgrade to 7.8.3 and the problem also carried over to 7.8.4. I have reset the username and password used for connectivity but it still doesnt work. Any suggestons?

Thank you! That fixed my problem. I remember reading that before the install but for some reason only remember the duplicate items part of it. Again, thanks for your reply.
