Upgrade failed

Not sure if I've done something wrong but I've downloaded and installed the latest version and the release notes say 7.8.4 but in the dashboard it still says 7.8.3 and the option to configure the time between retries isn't there.

    If the upgrade failed, then follow the manual upgrade procedure as per knowledge base:

    Out of curiousity, what protocol does the upgrade.exe program use to download the updated files? My ServersCheck box is behind an ISA 2006 server but it keeps saying it's not connected to the internet. I've tried entering the proxy details as well but no luck.
