ERROR: 10060

Hello,



I have an Problem with we E-Mail report I have every time the following Error in the smtp log. Can somebody help with this problem.



Tue Nov 6 13:42:36 2007 Internet is OK -> Sending SMTP alert to [email protected] through external mail server. Returned: ERROR:

Tue Nov 6 13:42:44 2007 Internet is OK -> Sending SMTP alert to [email protected] through external mail server. Returned:

Tue Nov 6 13:43:12 2007 Internet is OK -> Sending SMTP alert to [email protected] through external ServersCheck mail server. Returned: ERROR: 10060 - The attempt to connect timed out

    It seems that even the back up mail server can not be reached.



    Do you have a firewall blocking traffic on port 25 or a personal firewall/antivirus software running on the machine hosting the software?



    If so, then turn it of or allow traffic on port 25 to be sent.
