When will be a Graph create for a rule

Hi,

one question: When will be a Graph create for a rule?

I have one rule that check a MSSQL table and for this rule I don't have a graph.

It may take a few minutes. Normally it is within the first 15min

Sorry to bother you again but these rule exist for more as 10 day.

Do you have an idea what could be the problem?

What is the check type?

ODBCSQL

Can you verify if it is just for the ODBCSQL rule or for other rules too?

All other rules has a graph

But my ODBCSQL rule didn't create any graph.

Hi, I have delete the rule for the ODBCSQL check and create a new one but this rule also do not create the graphs.

We have tested it again and confirm that the ODBCSQL rule does create graphs. We have made a special build for you to debug

Stop all rules except the ODBCSQL one



Start following from the command prompt

monitoring_manager.exe > debug.log

s-graphs.exe > graphs.log



Put output of both files as a reply.

In your serverscheck.conf file you will find an entry (3rd line) as follows:

GRAPHS:true|X||X||X||X||X||X||X||X||X||X||X||X||X||X||X||X||X|yes|X|



change that to

GRAPHS:true



and try again
