dell open manage include

Hello



Is it possible to include more dropdowns for different dell server? i just see predefined OID for Dell 1600C, when i create a new rule over dell open manage.

Now i would like to have a dropdown for example dell 2900 series. Its more conftable than searching OID in MIB files.

    You will have to use the OID and define an SNMP check for other Dell equipment then those available in the drop-down list.

    it is unfortunately not possible to foresee all of them and it would require us to have them all in our test lab. If you can convince Dell to provide sample equipment of all their models, then it should be possible.
