user access to web interface

I create a new user to provide access to selected alerts. After creating the user, I tried testing the account and it would not accept the new login credentials. (tried many times)



I am assuming new users still use the same port 1272 when accessing the web interface? Any suggestions?

How many additional user accounts have you purchased? Also indicate which version and edition that you are using.

Enterprise MX2 Edition. I wasn't aware of additional user license options. What does the product come with by default?

One Administrator account.



Business and Premium Editions include multiple users as per version chart:
