acknowledge Button

we test the straight version 7.5.0 open one the event history see one under the acknowledgement entered the text let us not separate only one number! How can I see which was written there?

Can you please clarify as I do not clearly understand what you mean. Do you mean that you do not get to see the text entered in the acknowledgement text box or who did submit it?

we do not see the any text in the acknowledgement text box in the event history

When you look into the log file of the specific rule (in the checklogs subdirectory), do you see an entry there?



Does the same happen when you send an SMS to the software?

I checked with a developer and apparently the text is currently only shown in the main screen (in the box Today's Alerts)



It is not yet available in the log but will be.

when comes this future?

Data is recorded already in the alertslogs_rules log files. It is a matter of making it visible. I do not get a timing on this.
