GSM Modem alerts issue for team

I have 7 folks in the team called testers, my issue is that the sms message for team alert is not working. I need alert to be sent using gsm modem. Problem is that the email alert is being sent but still no gsm team alerts?



My goal is to get a gsm alert sent to each of the team members. Gsm modem checks out fine. I was able to send out one GSM alert to my cell phone via manual method.

I have similar problem, alert to team members not working correctly, alert to mail I receiving but sms no, if I set only my mobile number to Alert Notifications , unset team, I receiving alerts about status changes.

soft version 7.15.7, clear install (all alerts users and teams created in fresh install) gsm modem working.

Run the alerting module in debug mode as per knowledge base article and simulate alert to multiple users.

Make sure that the team settings are correct. For example time window should be 24 hours: from 00:00-23:59 (no overlap after midnight)
