Upgrede from 6.10.2 to 7.5

I'm trying to upgrade the software with the upgrade.exe.

I get only a message that says:

"Operation Failed.

Could not download update information.

Update information file #1

Invalid file type.

And then it says that the server is not connected to internet.



Server is connected to LAN and can access any websites with a web browser.

Running on Windows Server 2003 standard.

No firewall enabled on the server.



Any help or do I have to update manually?

    The upgrade tool is not yet ready for 7.5 as 7.5 has not yet been a recommended update for existing users.



    Existing users are notified through the release newsletter to which any user with a support agreement can subscribe to.



    You can upgrade manually using the steps outlined in the knowledge base:
