monitoring_watcher error

monitoring_watcher is having errors on my system.



When I run it, I get the following error:



Perl lib version (v5.8.0) doesn't match executable version (v5.8.8) at /PerlApp/config.pm line 21



Is my monitoring_watcher version old, or do I need a new PERL library?

    Perform a manual upgrade as per knowledge base. it seems that the component was not updated with the latest release.

    Do you mean backup, delete and reinstall as per this doc:

    Not wanting to mess with our live system, I just downloaded and installed on a test server and copied monitoring_watcher.exe over to the production system.



    Everything now works just fine.
