TRACERT

Anyone having any problems with TRACERT on 7.1.3? When I create a new TRACERT rule, it starts as "DOWN", the number of checks performed stays at 0, and the status never changes. The rule just never executes.



Was going to open a ticket, but I figured I'd check first to see if others are doing TRACERT successfully on 7.1.3.

    TRACERT checks were omitted by the new "Super Thread" component (monitoring_thread2.exe) and the issue has been fixed.



    It is part of our 7.1.4 release scheduled for Monday May 28th
