Problems in the Event Log

Hello,
We find in some servers checkeds by ServersCheck errors in the Event Log like this:
The server {2C5DFFB3-472F-11CE-A030-00AA00339A98} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.
This error is registered every time a check is executed in these servers.
The user that generated the error is an special user created for the ServersCheck.
Do you know the reason for this error?

A quick search on the Internet led me to following KB article (seems to be a Citrix issue):

Have you checked the error with Microsoft's Helpdesk?
