MSP installation

Hi,



I have attempted to configure the suggested MSP configuration of Serverscheck following the provided Installation Guide but I get no Setup & Configure MSP Master option in the General Settings page. I have downloaded the latest version of the software (v6.9.2), use the .lic file provided and closely followed all instructions (including download and copy of MSP_server.exe and master.conf but with no success.

Run the s-server.exe in debug mode and send the output as a reply:

From this, it appears that the license that you sent us was to be used for the planned agent servers. If this is the case then I will need a license for the MSP server.

This the output of the s-server.exe for master installation or the agent?

This is from the master. I haven't installed any agent as yet.

As per manual (page2-4), the master needs to be an Enterprise edition.



The Sensor/Professional or Starter edition is for the agents only.

that's fine and understandable. Is it only the license file that changes the edition/version. If so then I will need an enterprise license to upgarde our current MX installation to the latest version 6.9.2 (we are currently running 6.5)
