License file not working
Hello,
I've written an email back to you last week but as of yet have not heard a response. We purchased the Professional version and you emailed us the .lic file which I have overwritten on top of the freeware .lic file - then rebooted the machine - but it is still coming up saying we are using the freeware version. Any ideas?
