Unable to send MSN alert

OK. I have gone through all of this and I am still having issues of not getting the MSN message. What next?



Here is the /DEBUG output:

Error : Timeout occured. Message was not sent.

    The output indicates that the computer from where you are connecting is unable to connect to the MSN host.



    Apparently from your post it seems that verified firewall settings and are able to ping the MSN server.



    Are you able to use the MSN messenger software on the computer on which the ServersCheck Monitoring Software is installed (of course without using proxy connectivity)
