Upgrade Error

I tried to upgrade from 4.1.0 to 4.2.0 but towards the very end I get the following error message:

Error:

C:WindowsSystem32gdiplus.dll

Unable to register the Dll/OCX: Dll Register Server export not found

I an using windows Xp Pro
