Fail Over agent

Hello,
We're considering to buy a fail-over agent for our Servers Check.
I'd like to know how could I do to have always the same configuration in 2 different machines (and also the same graphics).
What I mean is that if we install a second SC in another computer using the fail over agent (similar to a cluster) and one machine falls down, we'd like that the backup machine has the same configurations and also the same graphics, because we use the values of the rules to do some statistics every mounth and we want to have an unique value per rule, not one for rule and machine.
Is there any method to replicate the information from each SC automatically?
