Battery String Monitoring

Hi

I bought the Battery String Monitoring, but I can't visualize on web ui of the base. The base has 9.1.0 FW and HW version 5.1.
Any idea what else do I need?

    Hello, I have the same sensor. I believe the firmware of the base unit is customized for this sensor. I'm not sure if it works with other firmware version, and I couldn't find any information about it in the release notes: https://infrasensing.com/support/firmware_release.asp. You can contact their support team, they are very helpful.
