IO Sensor Probe doesn't chang Input state after some days

Hello,

we have a Problem with the IO Sensor Probe
after some days the state of the input Port doesn't changes to triggered
it doesn't matter which Port we use
Software reboot via webGUI doesn't solve the Problem
only hard reboot when we disconnect or disable POE at the switch

we also made Software update
the Gateway V5 "higher 2016" has the version 8.8 now we have installed the 8.10 and the Problem is always therre afer some days

    later i will send the secound one

    It looks like those units may be out of warranty and purchased a few years ago. You can always request an out of warranty repair for those. If you purchased them within the past year, then you can request a repair under warranty. Both can be requested from your order page.

    If i Changes to a new one that we have bought lastyear the problem came also after few days! so i think this is a Problem of the software of the Gateway

    I think this might be an issue on your IO, it would be best to send the unit for repairs
