SMTP email issue

We have successfully configured the Email Alerts using our SMTP mail Server for our Monitoring Software v16.4.4 S installed hardware monitoring appliance but we are not receiving emails

    It will depend on the the email domain you are using as you would need to put app password and configure it. There is an updated user manual that you can follow on their website.
