Registry Hardware Flood Sensor

I bought 3 new devices and in the portal for adding the S/N Hardware Number they wouldnt upload into the portal. Please help add the 3 newly purchased devices to our [email protected] account in the portal for Hardware Registry

Having issues with trying to Registered the Hardware with in the portal

How where you trying to add your hardware, usually you add them by inputing the order number or the system automatically detects your orders based from your email.
