Migrate server from v10.3.1 to 14.2

Hi

We need to decomission an old WIN2K3 server which currenty has version 10.3.1 of the monitoring software installed to another server with a fresh install of v14.2
How do we do about moving the data from the old server ?

Unfortunately that wont be possible as the version 14 of the software has a different build than the older software you have. You would have to add the sensors on your 10.3.1 manually over to your 14.2

If you have not purchased one yet.. and plan to upgrade from 10.3.1 then yes you will need to purchase a new license.
New Licenses are perpetual.

I added the sensors manually but how do I migrate the rest of the data (alerts per sensor, notification settings, etc ) without having to enter each setting manually ?

As we mentioned before , the new software is a completely different one and you have to enter everything manually. As for your previous records you can not migrate them to the new build.
