Upgrading to latest version

Hello, We currently have ServersCheck BUSINESS500, what is the procedure to upgrade to the latest version? Not sure if there's a fee to upgrade to the latest version as well, i'd appreciate anyone's guidance.

    Using the latest release of the software would be a new install requiring to reconfigure the software and the purchase of a new license.
