No Value on Email Alerts

Hi,
My concern was not clearly solved and it was already closed,
Value was not clearly indicated, as all of my temperature reading/alerts are all like these.
"Status of MDC1 - Int. Temp changed to OK at Sun Sep 20 15:38:10 2020.
Recovered from last error: 17.16 (returned value) < 8 OR 17.16 (returned value) > 17"
But when I check the sensor's plot graph it never reached the value of 17 or higher, the highest value I have is 15.
