May I know what are the configurations needs to be done to the firewall other than opening ports 80 and 447? We have enabled the access to the serverscheck website only.
We control our connection to the internet so we are not able to allow full access to the internet. Do you have the url or IP address that needs to be configured to the firewall?

Domain name depends on firmware version. For most recent it is
smsgateway.serverscheck.net
We have the latest monitoring software installed. We will open the firewall to smsgateway.serverscheck.net and test the SMS alerts.
