No Value on Email Alerts

Hi,

We have successfully configured the Email Alerts for our Monitoring Software v16.4.4

However when we received email alert it only contains like this.

"Status of MDC1 - Int. Temp changed to OK at Sun Sep 20 15:38:10 2020.

Recovered from last error: 17.16 (returned value) < 8 OR 17.16 (returned value) > 17"

The real-time value is not indicated.

    Isn't it that 17.6 (returned value) is the most recent value for that particular sensor?

    Hi, No, the recent value is on much lower value than that. All Email alerts are just like that " Recovered from last error: 17.16 (returned value) < 8 OR 17.16 (returned value) > 17"

    OhMySensor is correct. Returned value is the value that triggered the alert.
