No Value Returned

Hi,

I have a problem on Monitoring Software,

When Checking the Alert History



There is no Top History,

Also upon clicking View All Alerts,
There is no Value Returned,

,


Also if you can give me sample codes to used in Custom Alerts Messages, so I can get better details on my E-mail alerts.

Also, I have activated my license, but in the Monitoring Software Interface, it's Trial Version.

Have you tried resetting your browser cache?

Yes, already did. But no changes.

Please create separate topics for each concern so our community can reply with a focused answer, also as a reminder always mention the version of software or hardware in use.

regarding the software showing trial on the settings page , its highly possible that it is just a minor graphical bug that can be ignored.. I have the same instance but when I click the license it shows my system ID and that my software is legitimate (licensed with upgrades).
