I can't connect Cellphone Add-on

Dear All,
We bought some modules to monitoring our system.
Base unit V5.1with last Firmware available.
Expand unit
OI units
Cellphone Add-on
I had connected:
Base->Expand (Port5)->Cell Add-on
After all these the bottom that was mention on manuals didn't appear to configure Calls.
Please community help me to finish this project.

Finally, I try on another port and work Cell add-on.
