Temperature sensor not sending temperature readings to the dashboard.

there seems to be an issue with your connection going to your SensorGateway since I assume the output controls (I/O or hubs) are connected to the same gateway and your monitoring software is not picking up the data from that gateway.

Try to delete your Gateway(device) and re-add .. if your software is not able to detect it then there is an issue with your network.

How do i delete the Gateway(device) and re-add?

if you want to reset your configuration, simply replace your conf.db file (in the /conf/ subdirectory) with the one available here: http://downloads.serverscheck.com/monitoring_software/files/conf.db
