USB IR Spot Sensor w/ camera

sensor quit working. unit has IR spot sensor and camera. Monitor screen is displaying:
Error No USB sensors found. only 1 of the 2 LED's light up now. It still shows in the menu to select.

1/ Did you try to reboot?
2/ which LED is working?
3/ was any change made to the configuration like cables unplugged?
4/ what do you see in the Windows Device Manager under COM ports?
