MODBUS Polling

I have BASE -WIRED connected to ENV-THUM . I was able to connected to teh gateway using the web browser. I set the modbus address as 1 , port 502, and left the IP address as 192.168.11.160. I am using the MODSCAN 32 mod bus polling software. I was trying to poll registers 30232, 30233. I cannot make the software to show the information. I tried with ModBus Poll software and I saw the same. What am I doing wrong? Is there any other settings in the sensor I have to turn on ? I have enabled the MODBUs. That is active. I can ping and communicate to device using web browsers. But unable to poll information.

It seems that 30232-30233 corresponds to internal ping (based on manual) http://manuals.serverscheck.com/InfraSensing_Modbus_manualv5.pdf
if you'll be scanning ENV-THUM, it should start at 30264-30265 and so on
