Dead Base Unit

i have a base unit which is giving port activity on the switch, but i can't reach it.
LED display is not showing anything.
have resetted the unit cf. manual, but that doesn't help.
checked cabling, port config, but it look likes the unit is broken/damaged.

please advice

    I think your OLED display is off, If you still have led lights on the Gateway then I suggest you to follow the instructions on this video https://serverscheck.com/sensors/baseunit.asp
    Skip to 2 minutes mark. it may have defaulted to the IP 192.168.11.160
