Thermal Imaging Sensor

Hello, we are struggling to get Thermal Imaging sensor working. Basically we have it connected to SensorGateway HW Release 5.1, FW Release 8.10 (Jul 1 2019) and Thermal imaging is the only external sensor that we connect to Probe 1 and Probe 2. The behaviour is the same, nothing happens except that the yellow light on the Thermal imaging sensor blinks when we connect the cable.

How to start it? What should happen when this process works normally after connecting the Thermal imaging sensor to one of the Probe ports?

    There seems to have a bit of delay before the Thermal Sensor is detected. Please let it sit for a couple of seconds, or try to use other RJ45 cable to the Sensor
