No output controls have been found on the device with IP

Sensor IssueSensor Issue
in InfraSensing Sensors
Hello -all,

Does somebody know why I'm getting this message when I add a new sensor?

"No output controls have been found on the device with IP 172.20.4.252"

    Hi, do you have SensorHub or IO Dry Contact or MultiSensor & Hub connected on the SGW with IP address above? If none, you may select "No" under Control Output Set-up on Add New Physical Sensor page.
