Sensor Gateway Defective

I ordered a sensor gateway for one of my upcoming projects last year and just installed it last Sept 24, 2019. It’s not detecting the probes and cannot monitor. Can this still be claimed for warranty since it was just used less than a month?

Their products have a 1 year warranty
