Unable to receive PIN Code for SMS Alerting

We are using Malaysia mobile phone number unable to receive any sms or pin to register our phone number. Could you please check.

If you received an OK message then you will need to check with your mobile operator as the operator might be blocking the messages.

We tested on the few mobile operator here is still the same. Please try to check with your mobile operator. Customer already purchase the credit.

Did they created a myServersCheck account? https://my.serverscheck.com
the UID and PIN should be available on the Alerts Icon on their myServersCheck account.

yes we have myserverscheck account and have 100 credits in the it. But when we want Manage Phone Number, we unable to receive any of the PIN. So now show "Activation Pending"

I encountered this problem and it happened to be on my Carrier problem.
I then switch other mobile carrier and it was fine.
Then later on my original carrier got resolved and manage to received both SMS on both carriers.
